I started my latest exercise push the day before yesterday and continued yesterday. Here's what I did those days:

Both days I went to the indoor swimming pool, on Monday by bike and on Tuesday I walked. The distance from home to the facility is slightly over 5 kilometers. On Tuesday I took the train back home, I felt that I had done quite enough already.
