Probably the most important thing when you want to lose weight is to have a healthy diet. And this is my problem as I have no clear structure to my eating. I skip breakfast quite often and some days I might eat only twice. Quite often I eat a lot in the evenings. Next week my summer vacation will be over and I will try to have meals more regularly.

I also recently participated in a health test and there it was discovered that I was dehydrated. Of course, everybody knows that you should drink quite a lot of liquids every day but obviously I had still neglected to do this. If you are dehydrated that also affects your metabolism and it gets more difficult to lose weight. So I now try to drink enough water each day.
