My height is 188 cm (6'2") and this means that BMI 30 is at around 106 kg. I would like to reach this weight before Christmas. Then by August next year I would like to get to BMI 25 or around 88 kg. I have no idea if this is possible or not but wanted to have at least some goals to meet. At least the targets are challenging enough.

I played around with numbers in Excel and came up with some weight loss targets. I divided the time I have left before my 40th birthday into 11 five-week periods, each with its own weight loss target. The total target is to lose 33 kg which is exactly 3 kg per each five weeks. But I assumed that the first kilograms are easier to lose so the target is 2-4 kg per period.
